A Bit About Me
Hi, I’m Jason, the owner of DeMoss Custom Builds. After 21 years of service in the Air Force, I retired in 2024 with a continued passion for helping others. As a firefighter and first sergeant, I spent my career supporting my team and community, and that drive to make a positive impact led me to launch DeMoss Custom Builds.
My journey with woodworking started in high school carpentry class, where I discovered how rewarding it is to create something by hand. What began as a hobby while I was stationed in Alabama has grown into a full-time commitment. I’ve built custom pieces and completed projects for family, friends, and clients over the years, honing my skills and approach to quality craftsmanship.
Now, as DeMoss Custom Builds expands into the Tampa Bay area, I’m excited to provide not only custom woodworking but also reliable handyman services. Whether it’s a minor repair, a full installation, or a maintenance project, I bring the same attention to detail, precision, and commitment to doing it right the first time. My mission is to offer dependable, timely service you can trust—where quality isn’t just a promise; it’s my standard.
